My name is Shawn Dildine and I am a graduate of Purdue University, with a bachelor of arts in professional writing and mass communication.

I’ve been able to expand my graphic design skills both at Purdue University and Artistic Media Partners (AMP) in Lafayette, IN. During my time I had the opportunity to work with numerous companies, and seek the needs that they desired when it came to advertising. I was the head graphic designer for the Top 40’s station at AMP, Z96.5 WAZY. I managed content, produced graphics on the website, and produced numerous magazine ads. My ads have been viewed by thousands of Boilermaker fans through the publication of my advertisement for WAZY in the Purdue Football program, and on the jumbotron at every Purdue Football and Basketball home games in the 2009-2010 season.

My designs don’t stop with the web and print publications; I also design graphics for t-shirts. My work has been viewed on the t-shirts of more than 250 Purdue Musical Organizations (PMO) students and staff with the design for the 2009 Christmas Show shirt. I have also designed the t-shirts for PMO’s annual philanthropic concert, Phenomena, for the past three years.

I am an almnus of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club(PVGC). The PVGC is a varsity-level male performance group. Viewed as the goodwill ambassadors for Purdue University, the PVGC has performed throughout the state of Indiana, the United States, and the world spreading the good name of Purdue University. While in the PVGC I was able to perform in such locations as The Lincoln Center in NYC and South Africa. Not only did this group provide me with the tools I needed to become a well-organized individual, but withmany other professional qualities as well. My ability to take on a demanding schedule was tested and perfected when it came to juggling a performance schedule of nearly 100 shows a year, and allowing time for my academics. The PVGC strives to build character and enhance personal skills such as time managment, and most of all provide an atmosphere where theres “no fun without music, and no music without fun.”
